-Ground shipping to the contiguous 48 states is FREE via the carrier of our choice.
-Ground shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico adds $10.
-Express shipping anywhere in the USA is charged at current market rates based on size and weight of the final package.
Canadian customers are strongly advised to choose USPS (United States Postal Service) as your carrier when you check out. USPS packages are delivered to their final destination via Canada Post. Customers will be responsible for GST/HST on the value of the shipment, however there will be no brokerage fees. Canadian customers choosing ground shipping via USP, FedEx, or DHL may see expensive brokerage charges applied to their shipments by the carriers. Express air shipments are generally free of brokerage fees, but you should check with the carrier of your choice before ordering to verify their exact policy. Vanguard will not be responsible for duty, taxes, brokerage fees, or any other charges imposed by carriers or customs officials. Vanguard will not be responsible for delays caused by CBSA or other customs agencies holding packages for inspection or other reasons. Vanguard will not alter, modify, or hide the true value of shipments to avoid duties and taxes.
Customers outside of the USA or Canada:
Vanguard is a worldwide company with distribution in many countries around the world. Vanguard USA, Inc only ships to the USA and Canada. We suggest contacting your local Vanguard dealer to find products outside of the USA and Canada or ordering via Amazon. Please note that some items such as rifle scopes may not be shipped to some parts of the world, therefore items you see on Vanguard USA, Inc's website, may not be available in other countries.
All product returns must have a return authorization (RA) number issued by Vanguard. To receive an RA number, please call us at 800-875-3322. Any return without an RA number will be refused. The product should be shipped within 10 business days of the RA number being issued. The RA number should be written on the outside of the shipping box under the Vanguard address of 9157 East M-36, Whitmore Lake, MI 48189. Included with the return should be a written letter clearly explaining the problem along with all of your contact information in case we need additional information to process the return. Items must be shipped in a UPS approved shipping carton (please do not ship in display box). The return freight is prepaid by the customer and is not reimbursable. We highly recommend insuring the package for the full retail value to protect yourself should the shipment be lost in transit. Products returned with missing parts or not in "like new" condition will not receive full credit. Vanguard reserves the right to repair, credit, or issue a replacement for return.
